Yellow Cake

Basic yellow cake.

===== Ingredients =====
2stick unsalted butter
350g white sugar
8 egg yolks
200g milk
10g vanilla
300g cake flour
7.5g baking powder
2g salt

===== Instructions =====
1. Preheat oven to 350F. Grease two 8-inch pans.
2. Cream together butter and sugar until fluffy. Beat in egg yolks one at a time then add vanilla.
3. Combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix into sugar mixture alternately with milk, just until incorporated.
4. Pour into pans then bake 25-30 minutes.
