Ice Cream Base
Basic starter custard base, made sous vide.

-250g Heavy Cream
-400g Whole Milk
-50g Corn syrup
-150g Sugar
-100g Egg yolks
-50g Cream cheese (softened)
-5g vanilla (optional)
===== Instructions =====
1. Mix milk and cream cheese together, combine until no bits are left. \\Note: try using stick blender
2. Combine remaining ingredients with milk/cream cheese mix.
3. Place in bag and cook sous vide for 1 hour @ 154F.
4. Cool immediately in an ice bath after cooking. When completely cooled, transfer to the fridge and allow to sit overnight.
5. Churn as directed per ice cream maker instructions.
