7-11 style Japanese egg salad sandwich
===== Ingredients =====
-4 eggs
-salt & pepper to taste
-white bread
-6 tablespoons Kewpie mayo
**or**
-6tbsp mayo
-2tsp rice vinegar
-1tsp sugar
===== Instructions =====
1. Boil eggs for 10 minutes, cool immediately in ice water
2. When eggs are cool, peel and add to food processor with mayo, salt, and pepper.
3. Combine until smooth and uniform but not liquefied. Serve on white bread.
