Korean Beef Bulgogi

Beef bulgogi recipe, easy but takes time to marinate.

===== Ingredients =====

1.5-2lbs sirloin steak (tougher cuts work but will need to marinate longer)
1 pear, grated
1/4 cup reduced sodium soy sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger
1 tablespoon gochujang 

===== Instructions =====
1. Thinly slice steak into 1/4 inch strips. Freezing for 30 minutes can help.
2. Combine marinade ingredient in bowl, thoroughly coat meat. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours, generally overnight. Excess can be vacuum sealed and frozen.
3. Cook marinated meat in wok, serve over rice. Top with green onion and sesame seed.
