Black Garlic

Not technically a ferment, but I'm not creating a whole category for black garlic.

===== Ingredients =====
-Whole garlic, unpeeled

===== Instructions =====
1. Wrap garlic in foil or plastic wrap and place in slow cooker.
2. Keep garlic in slow cooker on low with temperature controller set to 140F for 30-40 days.
3. Allow to air dry for a bit after cooking then store in the fridge.
