Simple baguettes
===== Ingredients =====
Starter:
-113g water
-1/16 tsp yeast
-120g AP Flour
Dough:
-Starter
-6g yeast
-255g water
-420g AP Flour
-8g salt
===== Instructions =====
1. Mix starter overnight, sit at room temp
2. Mix dough, allow to rise for 90 minutes in greased bowl
3. Make 3 balls, stretch balls into baguette shape and place in baguette pan.
4. Rise in pan for ~1 hour
5. Slice each baguette length wise, bake for 25 minutes at 450F. Place cast iron pan in oven during preheat, add 1.5c water at the start of bake to the pan.
