Spinach Dip

Quick spinach dip

===== Ingredients =====
-300g frozen spinach
-One 8oz package of cream cheese
-70g sour cream
-60g mayo
-55g parmesan
-1/2tsp red pepper flakes
-1/4tsp salt
-1/4tsp garlic powder

===== Instructions =====
1. Cook all ingredients together in a pot until cooked through, with the consistency of cheesy dip
