Spaetzle

It helps if you have a spaetzle maker, but you can make do with a colander or just dripping the batter into water.

===== Ingredients =====
-150g AP Flour
-2 eggs
-1tsp salt
-1/2tsp black pepper
-1/2tsp nutmeg
-127g whole milk

===== Instructions =====
1. Begin boiling a medium pot of water. Mix all ingredients together into a bowl, just until smooth batter forms.
2. Once water is boiling, drop batter through spaetzle maker or colander, so that small drops form in the water. Boil for 2-3 minutes.
3. Drain thoroughly before tossing spaetzle in butter in hot frying pan. Cook until slightly browned.
