Chicken Paprikash

-1 onion
-1/4c paprika
-2lbs chicken legs
-1/2c sour cream
-salt
-oil
-One recipe Spaetzle for serving
===== Instructions =====
1. Saute onions, add salt, after a few minutes add paprika until fragrant. Add a bit of water to keep things from burning.
2. Add chicken and salt, coat well with paprika mixture.
3. Cover and cook for 30-45 minutes until chicken falls off bone.
4. Remove chicken from pan. Pour liquid into cup and skim off excess fat. Return liquid to pan, mix in sour cream. Season to taste.
5. Return chicken to pan, coat in sauce. Serve over spaetzle or noodles.
