Yogurt
Basic yogurt for yogurt machine.
===== Ingredients =====
-1120g milk
-starter yogurt (store bought or leftover homemade)
===== Instructions =====
1. Heat milk to 180F and hold for 5 minutes.
2. Cool to at least 110F.
3. Mix in cup of starter yogurt (can be store bought, just needs active cultures)
4. Divide evenly between jars.
5. Incubate 6 hours, allow to cool before storing in fridge.
