Whipped Cream

Simple and fast whipped cream recipe

===== Ingredients =====
-18g powdered sugar
-225g heavy cream

===== Instructions =====
1. Put mixing bowl and whip in fridge for a few minutes to get them very cold.
2. Add sugar and cream to the cold bowl.
3. Mix on medium-high speed for a few minutes, until desired thickness is achieved.
