Pumpkin Cake

Basic pumpkin cake with cream cheese frosting

===== Ingredients =====
For cake:
-250g AP flour
-8g baking powder
-3g salt
-4.5g cinnamon
-5g pumpkin spice
-195g oil
-4 eggs
-200g brown sugar
-100g white sugar
-1 can pumpkin puree
-8g vanilla

For frosting:
-1 block cream cheese (room temp)
-1 stick unsalted butter
-360g powdered sugar
-6g vanilla
-pinch of salt


===== Instructions =====
1. Set out cream cheese and butter first! Let it get to room temp. If you don't do this first you'll forget and then be unable to make frosting on time.
2. Mix dry cake ingredients in one bowl, and the wet ingredients in another. Mix together until smooth.
3. Preheat oven to 350F. Oil two round cake pans. Pour batter in cake pans and bake for 28 minutes.
4. While cake is baking, make frosting. Put all frosting ingredients in mixing bowl and mix with paddle attachment on medium-low speed until smooth.
