Pound Cake

An improvement on traditional pound cake recipes.

===== Ingredients =====
-2 sticks room temp butter
-3 whole eggs, room temp
-3 egg yolks, room temp
-200g cake flour
-300g sugar
-2g salt
-1.5g baking powder
-2g vanilla extract

===== Instructions =====
1. Cream together butter and sugar
2. Add in eggs + yolks one at a time until combined
3. In separate bowl combine flour, salt, baking powder. Mix flour into egg/butter mixture
4. Mix in vanilla before pouring into greased loaf or cake pan
5. Bake 40-50 minutes at 350F. Remove from oven while cake still has a moist center crumb, allow to cool completely
