Pie Crust

Makes enough crust for a double crust pie.

===== Ingredients =====
315g AP flour
4g salt
90g (6tbsp) unsalted butter, chilled and cubed
148g vegetable shortening, chilled
1/2c ice water


===== Instructions =====
1. Mix flour and salt, cut in butter and shortening. Combine until texture of coarse meal.
2. Add cold water one tbsp at a time until dough starts to come together. Dough should not feel sticky.
3. Fold and knead dough until combined. Divide in two then refrigerate at least two hours. Roll out and use as needed.
