Lasagna

Pasta-machine lasagna.

===== Ingredients =====
2 portions of lasagna noodles from machine, or one box of store-bought noodles

Cheese filling:
2c ricotta
1 egg
1c mozzarella

Sauce:
1/2lb beef
1/2lb sausage
1 onion
2-3 cloves garlic
24oz canned tomatoes
2tbsp tomato paste
Fennel
salt
pepper
oregano
basil
beef or chicken stock

===== Instructions =====
1. Cook sauce, make cheese filling and noodles.
2. Layer in pan Sauce -> Noodles -> Cheese. End with sauce and cheese on top.
3. Bake 350F for about 45 minutes.
