Fudge Brownies

Better brownies. No need for a box mix.

===== Ingredients =====
-4 eggs
-106g Dutch cocoa
-3.5g salt
-4g baking powder
-2g espresso powder
-15g vanilla
-16tbsp butter
-450g sugar
-117g flour
-340g chocolate chips

===== Instructions =====
1. Mix together eggs, cocoa, salt, baking powder, espresso, and vanilla until smooth.
2. Melt butter and mix in sugar. Mix until sugar as dissolved.
3. Mix together sugar mixture with egg/cocoa mixture until smooth.
4. Add flour and chips, mix until smooth.
5. Bake at 350F for 23-32 minutes in a 9x13 pan.
