Crepes

Easy crepes!

===== Ingredients =====
-250g AP Flour
-1/2 stick of unsalted butter
-5g of salt
-6 eggs
-600ml milk
-4tbsp water
-4tbsp cognac or rum

===== Instructions =====
1. Heat milk until just about to boil. Don't let boil. While heating, whisk together eggs and flour.
2. Combine water, salt, liquor into egg/flour mixture
3. When milk is warm, add butter and mix until melted. Pour into batter and whisk to avoid lumps. Makes about 24 crepes.
