Chocolate Cake

Basic chocolate cake

===== Ingredients =====
-270g flour
-6g baking powder
-3g baking soda
-1.5g salt
-64g Dutch process cocoa
-354g sugar
-8tbsp butter
-64g vegetable oil
-12g vanilla
-227g whole milk
-113g water
-4 eggs

===== Instructions =====
1. Mix wet and dry ingredients separately, leaving the eggs for the next step.
2. Combine wet and dry ingredients together in mixing bowl. Add in eggs one at a time while mixing.
3. Transfer batter to pans. Bake at 350F for 26-30 minutes, for two 9" pans.
