Bread Pudding

The best use for stale bread.

===== Ingredients =====
-6 thick slices of stale bread
-150g sugar
-4 eggs
-2tbsp melted butter
-450g milk
-4g cinnamon
-6g vanilla

===== Instructions =====
1. Set aside melted butter. Cut bread into 1" cubes. Place bread cubes in baking dish.
2. Mix remaining ingredients then pour over bread cubes. Press in bread gently and allow to soak mix while preheating oven.
3. After soaking, bake for 45 minutes @ 350F.
