===== Ingredients =====
-7.5g yeast\\
-1 1/3c warm water\\
-1tbsp honey\\
-1tbsp lard\\
-1.5tsp salt\\
-3.5c flour\\
-1/4 cold water\\
-1 egg
===== Instructions =====
1. Sprinkle yeast in warm water to activate, let stand 5 minutes.\\
2. Stir in honey, lard, and salt into yeast mix.\\
3. Add 2.5c flour to mix, beat a medium speed until dough is elastic.\\
4. Gradually add the rest of the flour as needed until dough is soft, smooth, and very elastic.\\
5. Let rise in greased bowl about 1 hour, until dough has doubled.\\
6. Divide into 10 balls, roll into tapered ovals, about 5" long and 2" wide.\\
7. Cover and let rise until doubled, about 30 minutes.\\
8. Make egg wash with egg white, coat each ball. With a knife make a slash along the middle of each roll.\\
9. Bake at 375F for 30-35min.
