Basque Cheesecake

Super simple cheesecake, without crust.

===== Ingredients =====
-2lb cream cheese
-330g sugar
-50g AP Flour
-1tsp salt
-1tsp vanilla
-6 eggs
-2c heavy cream

===== Instructions =====
1. Butter 10" springform pan before covering in two sheets of parchment paper extending about 2" above sides.
2. Combine ingredients in order: Cream cheese + sugar, eggs, cream, salt + vanilla, flour.
3. Pour into pan and bake for 1 hour @ 400F.
